How much does it cost?
At Mastiff Technical Services we price our service in 2 ways. The first is an hourly rate, plus materials. The second is a fix price by the job. For most of our services, you have the choice. Our hourly rates range anywhere from $60 to $125, depending on the type of work and if you are enrolled in the Mastiff Manager program. For fixed price jobs our range is entirely dependent on the scope of what you want done. Typically for a service call we charge about $160 dollars.

How quickly can I get my problem fixed?
If you have a work stopping problem we like to get to it as soon as possible. We strive to do this the same business day or the beginning of the next. For projects and planned work we will set a time that is convenient for you.

How do you handle purchasing software and hardware?
We typically do not stock goods for our customers. If there is something that you need you have a couple of options. If you are enrolled in the Mastiff Manager program you can give him a call or send an e-mail and he will help select the item that you need and will also locate it at a responsible price. You can even have him place the order for you, using your credit card information if you like. If you are not in the Mastiff Manager program, you can still call us and we will recommend some good retail establishments.

How can you handle so many different systems and technologies?
We do not try to do everything ourselves. We have a network of contacts and independent contractors that we use to meet our obligation of being a single source for support. For most of these services you will only see a bill from Mastiff Technical Services. We handle paying the contractors.
